If other party is willing to be a part of your network, it will accept the request. Similarly, you can also accept or reject networking requests depending upon your own preferences.
Privacy Setting
Every account owner is given the authority to specify the account to be shared with his or her network. No account will be shared automatically without owner’s permission.
